Proud local provenance and the freshest flavours sing out from every plate. We work with the finest Pafos fishermen, farmers, apiarists, artisan producers and vineyards; source locally reared meat; and use the finest organic raw Cypriot honey, olives, carob syrup, carob balsamic and grape balsamic vinegar.

Pretty much everything else is handcrafted in-house with the passion and pride, heart and soul of our chefs: traditional Cypriot pastries; Village halloumi and other cheeses; breads including our bouncy brioche burger buns; our teriyaki, unagi, ponzu dip, sweet chilli sauce and marinades (all made from fresh ingredients and gluten free soya) …even the mayonnaise in our sandwiches. Our Omakasé menu – meaning ‘trust the chef’ in Japanese – showcases a fresh daily selection of perfectly bite-sized sushi and sashimi, and underpins the trust that is earned with every plate at Antasia: from 6-hour slow roasted Peking Duck to light-as-a-cloud pitta, hand-rolled spring rolls to the signature blend of spices, Akamas sea salt, dried local lemongrass and lime leaves that we place on every table.
